Ingredients for Rangoli pancake Recipe

  • 75 g Chicken
  • 1/2 Pieces Capcicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 25 g Grated carrot
  • 2 Pieces chilli
  • 1.50 Tbsp Refined oil
  • 12.50 g Semolina
  • 25 g powdered rice
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.50 Tbsp Coriander leaf
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ghee

Directions: Rangoli Pancake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces ( small cut ) with lemon juice and crushed black pepper for 30 mins.
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl mixed another integrants except refined oil and ghee. 30 Mins later heat a pan with refined oil. Fry the marinated chicken in medium flame for 6 mins. Then add the mixture and spread it over the chicken. Cover it for 4 mins . Then flip it and cover it again for another 3 mins. Then open the lead and brush up with ghee. Serve it with tomato sauce.
