Ramdana is a very good source of calcium. And mixing it with jaggery makes a healthy and tasty dish. Ramdana chikki is especially made on Makar Sankranti in gujarat.

STEP 1.1. First of all add jaggery to iron container in order to melt it. Iron container is not essential but preferred.
STEP 2.2. Stir continuously until jaggery is fluffy enough.
STEP 3.3. Add ramdana on a different pan and roast it till it splutters.
STEP 4.4. Add spluttered ramdama in jaggery. And mix well.
STEP 5.5. Apply ghee on platform and pour the mixture on it, apply pressure with roti rollar.
STEP 6.6. Cut the mixture in pieces while it's still hot and after about 5 minutes you can store it and enjoy.
