Ingredients for Ramdana(rajgara) chikki Recipe

  • 1/4 cup of ramdana
  • 0.19 cup Of jaggery
  • 1/4 tbsp Of ghee

Directions: Ramdana(rajgara) Chikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. First of all add jaggery to iron container in order to melt it. Iron container is not essential but preferred.
  • STEP 2.2. Stir continuously until jaggery is fluffy enough.
  • STEP 3.3. Add ramdana on a different pan and roast it till it splutters.
  • STEP 4.4. Add spluttered ramdama in jaggery. And mix well.
  • STEP 5.5. Apply ghee on platform and pour the mixture on it, apply pressure with roti rollar.
  • STEP 6.6. Cut the mixture in pieces while it's still hot and after about 5 minutes you can store it and enjoy.
