Ingredients for Rajma Chawal Recipe

  • 83.33 nos grm rajma
  • 0.33 nos Tomato chopped
  • 0-0.33 nos garlic chopped
  • 1/2 nos Onion Chopped
  • 0.17 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin coriander powder
  • 0.17 tsp Rajma Masala
  • 0.33 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.17 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 tsp bay leaf
  • 0.67 nos Cloves
  • 0.33 nos Cardamom
  • 0.33 nos Cinnamon Stick
  • 0.17 tsp Garam masala powder
  • As required To taste salt and sugar
  • As required As needed oil

Directions: Rajma Chawal Recipe

  • STEP 1.soak the rajma over night and boil it adding salt .
  • STEP 2.heat oil and ghee ,temper cumin seeds,bay leaf and whole garam masala.
  • STEP 3.add ginger and garlic paste, saute for a while.
  • STEP 4.add onion chopped fry till it is brown,add tomato , turmeric powder,salt, coriander cumin powder mix well.
  • STEP 5.add the rajma mix well,add saalt and sugar,mix water and simmer.
  • STEP 6.finally add rajma masala, garam masala and ghee,serve with rice.
