STEP 1.soak the rajma over night and boil it adding salt .
STEP 2.heat oil and ghee ,temper cumin seeds,bay leaf and whole garam masala.
STEP 3.add ginger and garlic paste, saute for a while.
STEP 4.add onion chopped fry till it is brown,add tomato , turmeric powder,salt, coriander cumin powder mix well.
STEP 5.add the rajma mix well,add saalt and sugar,mix water and simmer.
STEP 6.finally add rajma masala, garam masala and ghee,serve with rice.
