  • 0.13 teaspoon termeric powder
  • 1/2 green chilli chopped
  • 1 pinch fennel powder
  • 1 pinch toasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon whisked curd
  • 0.13 teaspoon garam masala
  • As required Salt
  • As required oil for cooking
  • 1/2 For tempting, onion thin slice
  • 1 tap boiled green peas
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 black mustard seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon assefotida
  • 1 teaspoon desi ghee
  • As required For Garnish,pudina,corriender,lemon wedges
