Ingredients for Rajasthani Malpua Recipe

  • 1/2 nos Bowl majda
  • 1/4 nos Bowl milk powder
  • 1/4 nos Bowl milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 0-1/4 nos Cardamom
  • 0-1/4 nos almonds
  • 0-1/4 nos Cashews
  • 0-1/4 nos Pistachios
  • As required Ghee for frying

Directions: Rajasthani Malpua Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make ready all the ingredients and mix maida flour with milk powder. Now add milk to it and knead the flour and keep it covered for 15-20 minutes. Now we have to make the syrup like sage thick honey, when it is done, add cardamom powder to it.
  • STEP 2.Now heat ghee in a pan and make malpua with a spoon. When it becomes one side, flip it with the help of a spoon and cook it on slow flame.
  • STEP 3.Now keep it in the syrup for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.This is how our Rajasthani Malpua has been prepared and the taste is very good.
  • STEP 5.Now put dry fruits on a plate and sprinkle rose petals and serve
