STEP 1.Take a bowl full of wheat flour, add some cumin seeds, salt and 3 table spoon ghee. Now keep adding water in it to make a dough, make sure to kneed well- and let it rest for 20 minutes .
STEP 2.Now take portions of this dough.
STEP 3.Make thick roti using your hands and roller.
STEP 4.Khoba roti is thick. Make cuts on these rotis to make sure that it doesn't blow.
STEP 5.Make sure the chapati is cooked finely. Use a pan or maybe a wok.
STEP 6.When the chapati is ready serve with some ghee.
