STEP 2.Mix 2 cup fresh curd , 1/4 cup besan flour , 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Mix without any lumps. Heat one tbs oil add 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp methi seeds, 2 red chilli, 1/2 tsp hing, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1/4 tsp finely chopped ginger, 2 cloves , 1/4 tsp fennel seeds , finely chopped 1 green chilli and few curry leaves. Saute well and add the curd mixture. Keep on stirring on medium flame. After five minutes transfer the khadi into a bowl. Heat one tsp ghee and add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder mix and turn off the stove. Add this to the khadi and mix well.
