Ingredients for Kadhi
- 2 cups of yogurt
- ½ cup of chickpea flour
- 3 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds

- ½ teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt to taste
Method for Kadhi
- In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, chickpea flour, and water until smooth.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Wait for them to splutter.
- Add turmeric powder and red chili powder and stir.
- Add the yogurt mixture and salt to the pan.

- ¼ cup of ghee
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder

- 1 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes
- ½ cup of boiled and mashed green gram lentils
- ¼ cup of chopped onions
- ½ teaspoon of red chili powder

Method for Kachori
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, semolina, ghee, baking powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
- Add water gradually and knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, green gram lentils, onions, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt to make the filling.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the edges over the filling to form a ball and seal it.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the kachoris until golden brown.
