  • 62.50 gram Cluster Beans
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and trim the cluster beans, removing the ends and strings. Cut them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the cluster beans and mix everything together. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the beans are tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to trim the ends and remove the strings from the cluster beans before cooking.
  • You can adjust the spice levels according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
