This is a rajasthani dish, i have just given a twist usually it is eaten dry but i have given it a gravy. You can eat with roti or vegetable pulav or biryani.
Ingredients for Rajasthani Besan Ki Hari Mirch In Gravy Recipe

1 tablespoon besan
1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon amchoor/dried mango powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon fennel powder
1/2 tablespoon Oil
1/4 tablespoon Coriander
3/4 For gravy: onions, sliced lengthwise
1 tomatoes, chopped

1/4 tablespoon Coriander
1/4 tablespoon Oil
1/2 tablespoon Butter
1/4 cup cashew nuts paste
1/4 teaspoon Kasuri methi
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
