Ingredients for Ragi Crepes! Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Ragi flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 Pieces Banana
  • a pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Directions: Ragi Crepes! Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1: first take dry ingredients in the bowl and make better with Milk and water then add 1/ tbsp melted butter and mix property and keep 10 min for rest.
  • STEP 2.Step 2: after 10 min put non stick tava on the gas stove and heat on medium flame. Now put 1/2 tbsp butter and sperad evenly all over the tava then pour Ragi better on it and spred all over the tava and cook 3-4 min.
  • STEP 3.Step 3: now spread 1tbsp Nutella on the Crepe and spread all over the Crepe then add one Banana thin slice and fold it in triangular shape.
  • STEP 4.Now its plating time.
  • STEP 5.keep Crepes on the serving plate and garnish with Chocolate Sauce.
