Ingredients for Ragda Patties Recipe

  • 3 No.s Potatoes
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1.50 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 piece Ginger
  • 1 cup Peas
  • As required Coriander leaves  A few
  • 2 tablespoon Mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 cup Sev

Directions: Ragda Patties Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a cooker and put some green peas in it, some salt, turmeric powder, baking soda and add 2 cups of water in it. Wait for 5 pressure whistles. Let it cool down.
  • STEP 2.Check if the peas are boiled enough.
  • STEP 3.Transfer them into the bowl.
  • STEP 4.Step take some potatoes and boil them, grate them in a bowl and add some salt,  ginger paste,  green chillies and coriander leaves. Make a dough using your hands.
  • STEP 5.Step now take portions from this dough and use your hands to form patties.
  • STEP 6.Make plenty of patties.
  • STEP 7.Now semi-fry the patties, take a pan and take 2 spoons of oil and heat it up.  fry 4 patties at a time for about 5 minutes. Fry until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 8.Step put the cooked patties in a plate aside.
  • STEP 9.Now take the ragada and mash it a bit using a spoon, now add some ragada into a plate along with two patties, add some red chilli powder,  green chillies,   chaat masala, cumin powder, onions, sev and salt to taste
