STEP 1.Take a cooker and put some green peas in it, some salt, turmeric powder, baking soda and add 2 cups of water in it. Wait for 5 pressure whistles. Let it cool down.
STEP 2.Check if the peas are boiled enough.
STEP 3.Transfer them into the bowl.
STEP 4.Step take some potatoes and boil them, grate them in a bowl and add some salt, ginger paste, green chillies and coriander leaves. Make a dough using your hands.
STEP 5.Step now take portions from this dough and use your hands to form patties.
STEP 6.Make plenty of patties.
STEP 7.Now semi-fry the patties, take a pan and take 2 spoons of oil and heat it up. fry 4 patties at a time for about 5 minutes. Fry until they turn golden brown.
STEP 8.Step put the cooked patties in a plate aside.
STEP 9.Now take the ragada and mash it a bit using a spoon, now add some ragada into a plate along with two patties, add some red chilli powder, green chillies, chaat masala, cumin powder, onions, sev and salt to taste
