Ingredients for Ragda Oats Patties Chaat #Mukta Recipe

  • 1/2 cup white peas soaked overnight
  • 1.50 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chillipowder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 packet Peppy tomato oats
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumb
  • 1/2 As Required Corrainder leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil for shallow fry
  • 1.50 tsp Green chutney
  • 1.50 tsp Tamarind chutney
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 A Pinch Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes

Directions: Ragda Oats Patties Chaat #mukta Recipe

  • STEP 1..firstly, pressure cook soaked white peas along with water for 4 whistles.
  • STEP 2.Now take a pan once the pressure releases, mash the peas. keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Now take a pan add oil cumin seeds, add all masala then put ragda mix well .
  • STEP 4.Now cook tomato Oats in pan With water. When it become dry take out in a bowl add Bread Crumb, corriander leave and Make Pattice . Now Shallow fry Patties in hot oil till it become crispy
  • STEP 5.Now in a plate pour prepared ragada and place oats Pattice.
  • STEP 6.further pour more ragada and top up with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  • STEP 7.sprinkle chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt.
  • STEP 8.also top with onions, tomato, sev and coriander leaves.And serve ragda patties.
  • STEP 9.Enjoy Delicious Ragda Oats Patties Chaat.
