  • 1/4 quart Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 can Whole San Marzano Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Passata or tomato puree
  • As required A few leaves of fresh basil, torn
  • 1/4 cup Fresh ricotta
  • 1/4 cup Freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
  • 0.06-0.08 cup Heavy cream, creme fraiche, or mascarpone cheese
