Kheer is the traditional sweet of Indians. This kheer is often made in every household on every festival or special occasion. It is prepared differently in every state.
0.06 Cup Sugar can be taken more or less as per taste
A Few Suffron thread strands in 1/2 cup milk
1/2 Tbsp cashew paste
0.13 Cup Mawa
Directions: Rabdi Kheer Recipe
STEP 1.1..Boil the milk in a wide and thick bottomed vessel.
STEP 2.2..Soak the rice for 30 minutes before making the kheer and then separate it from the water and grind it coarsely.
STEP 3.When the cream starts boiling in the milk, put the cream on the sides of the pan with a spoon, keep the flame low.
STEP 4.3...When the boiling milk becomes a little thick, then add the ground rice to it and cook the milk more while stirring it with a spoon till the rice becomes soft.
STEP 5.4..Now add cashew paste and mawa to it, as well as remove the cream which was applied on the edge of the pan.
STEP 6.5..Now add saffron milk and sugar and cook it on low flame for 2-4 minutes, now the kheer will have a rabri-like texture, now turn off the flame and serve it by garnishing it with dry fruits.
