An easy healthy drink prepared from bajra flour and chach,very well suits for winter. Rabri is a sweet, condensed-milk-based dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made by boiling milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its colour to off-white or pale yellow. Jaggery, spices, and nuts are added to it to give it flavor. It is chilled and served as dessert.

  • 2 tablespoon Bajra flour
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 liter Chach
  • As required Water

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add chach & bajra flour. Stir well.Add cumin seeds, salt, 1 cup water and boil the mixture and keep stirring continously. Cook it well.
