1/4 cup boiled quinoa(adding some salt)
1/4 nos Boiled and chopped potato
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 nos grated carrot
1/4 nos Grated Cucumber
As required A handful of pomegranate seeds
1/4 tsp Ghee
0.06 tsp Cumin seeds
As required salt to taste
0.06 tsp Red pepper powder
0.13 tsp Chaat masala
0.13 tsp Raita masala
0.06 nos Tspgaram masala
Directions: Quinova Curd Salad Or Pulav Recipe
STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan
STEP 2.Add cumin seeds
STEP 3.Add chopped potato and spinach leaves one by one
STEP 4.Add salt, pepper powder and garam masala powder
STEP 5.Mix well
STEP 6.Turn off the flame
STEP 7.Let it cool down
STEP 8.Add it in curd
STEP 9.Add carrot, cucumber and pomegranate seeds
STEP 10.Add chat masala and raita masala
STEP 11.Mix well
STEP 12.Serve in bowls
