Ingredients for Quinova curd salad or pulav Recipe

  • 100 gram Curd
  • 1/4 cup boiled quinoa(adding some salt)
  • 1/4 nos Boiled and chopped potato
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 nos grated carrot
  • 1/4 nos Grated Cucumber
  • As required A handful of pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Ghee
  • 0.06 tsp Cumin seeds
  • As required salt to taste
  • 0.06 tsp Red pepper powder
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.13 tsp Raita masala
  • 0.06 nos Tspgaram masala

Directions: Quinova Curd Salad Or Pulav Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan
  • STEP 2.Add cumin seeds
  • STEP 3.Add chopped potato and spinach leaves one by one
  • STEP 4.Add salt, pepper powder and garam masala powder
  • STEP 5.Mix well
  • STEP 6.Turn off the flame
  • STEP 7.Let it cool down
  • STEP 8.Add it in curd
  • STEP 9.Add carrot, cucumber and pomegranate seeds
  • STEP 10.Add chat masala and raita masala
  • STEP 11.Mix well
  • STEP 12.Serve in bowls
