  • 3/4 cup Water for cooking quinoa + for soaking
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/4 cup I used potato 1 carrot, 5 to 6 string beans, 1/4 peas and 1/2 cup of cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 bunch Mint leaves ~ approximately 1. 5 cups
  • 0.13 cup Cilantro
  • 1-1.25 Saffron strands
  • 0.06 cup Water for soaking saffrons
  • 3/4-1 tablespoon Rose essence drops or rose water 3
  • 1/4 Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 0.13 cup Thick yogurt curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilly powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 0.13 teaspoon Oil + 1/2 tsp for greasing
  • 0.38 teaspoon Salt + 1 tsp
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon broken into small pieces
  • 3/4 Cardamom
  • 3/4 Cloves
  • 1/2 piece Stone flower/kalpaasi flowers/2 if your are using powder 1/2 tsp [optional
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Green chilies slit into two halves
  • 1/4 Bay leaf
