  • 0.33 nos cup mutter
  • 0.33 nos cup chopped gajar

  • 2 piece clove garlic inchginger
  • 0.67 nos chopped tomatoes without seeds
  • 0.33 nos Teaspoon salt
  • 0.17 nos teaspoon haldi powder

  • 0.17 nos teaspoon sarso
  • 0.17 nos teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 nos Tablespoon lemon juice

Directions: Quinoa Pulaw Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash &soaked quinoa for half an hour. Take a pan & boil quinoa. Add some salt 1/2 teaspoon haldi & 1 teaspoon oil. Cover it for 15 to 20 min for cooking.
  • STEP 2.Take one more pan add oil roast jeera & sarso. Now first cook corn & matar (frozen matar). When cooked nicely add chopped garlic & ginger after 2 min adds carrot, bell pepper capsicum.
  • STEP 3.Roast for 2 min on high flame & add chopped tomatoes without seeds. Now add salt black pepper & fresh coriander leaves. All veges mixed together in salt & pepper.
  • STEP 4.Then add boiled quinoa, mix it properly. Add lemon juice. Stir it for 2 to 3 min & off the flame. Cover it with a lid & leave for some time. The pulao is ready.
  • STEP 5.enjoy your day.
