STEP 1.Take a cup of quinoa, wash it with plain water.
STEP 2.Take a pan and add some water in it along with some oil. Cook until the water is absorbed. Quinoa cooked perfectly.
STEP 3.Take a pan, add some oil , cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon mustard seeds, seaseme seeds, 1 chopped onions, carrot, 1 zucchini and salt to taste.
STEP 4.Mix well .
STEP 5.Cover and cook for 5 minutes at medium. Add some capsicum, bell peppers and some vegetables of your choice.
STEP 6.One spoon red chilli powder. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add the quinoa and lemon juice. Mix it well. Fluffy quinoa is ready. Serve with curd or chutney.
