These quinoa and black bean tacos have been a go-to recipe for my family for nearly 5 years now and we still can't get enough of them no one ever even misses the meat
Ingredients for Quinoa Black Bean and Corn Tacos Recipe
1/5 tablespoon Olive oil
1/5 Medium yellow onion, diced
0.60 Cloves garlic, minced
0.30 cup Chicken broth or vegetable broth
1/5 ounce Can diced tomatoes with green chilis
0.15 cup Dry quinoa, rinsed and drained
0.30 teaspoon Chili powder
1/5 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/10 teaspoon Paprika
1/50 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, then more to taste

1/5 can Black beans, drained and rinsed

1/20 cup Chopped cilantro
