Ingredients for Quinava salad with orange juice Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Quinoa
  • 100 g ml.....orange juice
  • 2 tsp Sun Mukhi Seeds
  • 4 g Garlic black pepper finely chopped
  • 2 Tsp add salt
  • 5 g Fry the sunflower seeds lightly and mix them in the salad
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa

  • 1/4 Tsp Black peppercorn
  • 2 tsp Sun Mukhi Seeds
  • 4 g Garlic black pepper finely chopped
  • 5 gm 5. 50gm G
  • 5 g Fry the sunflower seeds lightly and mix them in the salad

  • STEP 1.Quinoa Salad with Orange Juice
  • STEP 2.1/2 cup... quinoa
  • STEP 3.1/2…… Mushroom (roasted)
  • STEP 4.1/4... Beetroot (Lachha)
  • STEP 5.100ml.....orange juice
  • STEP 6.1/4 tsp....centha salt
  • STEP 7.1/4 black peppercorn
  • STEP 8.2 tsp.. Sun Mukhi Seeds
  • STEP 9.4 .....Garlic black pepper finely chopped
  • STEP 10.5. 50gm Green Onions
  • STEP 11.process....
  • STEP 12.1. Wash quinoa with water and boil it.
  • STEP 13.2. Let it cool
  • STEP 14.3. Take a bowl, put boiled quinava, add beetroot sticks, add chopped garlic cloves, add roasted mushrooms, finely chopped green onions.
  • STEP 15.4. Add salt, pepper and orange juice and mix.
  • STEP 16.5. Fry the sunflower seeds lightly and mix them in the salad.
  • STEP 17.6.. Serve quinoa salad in beautiful bowls
