1/4 pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/2 tablespoon Butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt, optional
0.03 teaspoon Pepper
0.03 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/2 cup Sliced Carrots
1/4 Small onion, sliced into rings
1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch
0.17 cup Orange juice
0.08 cup Orange marmalade
3/4-1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon Lemon juice
