Its my innovation recipe as i was thinking any better way to serve the usual mixtures. As already monsoons are almost here some cravings of indian fritters start to attack the indian palette with the fragrance of the first rain.   • 1/2 tablespoon Hung curd
  • 0.13 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chat masala
  • 0.06 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 Cheese cube
  • 0.06 cup water for slurry
  • As required oil to fry
