Ingredients for Quick Jain Paneer Bhurji Recipe

  • 125 g paneer
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Jeera
  • 1/2 Tsp Fennel seeds saunf
  • 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • As required Salt

Complete Recipe

  • STEP 1. Heat oil in kadai.
  • STEP 2.When the oil gets hot, add jeera and saunf.
  • STEP 3.Then add chopped tomatoes to it.
  • STEP 4.Once tomatoes are well cooked, lower the gas flame and add grated paneer to it.
  • STEP 5.Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt as per taste.
  • STEP 6.Mix well. Jain Paneer bhurji is ready to serve. Note: You are free to add more chilli powder and garam masala, if you like spicy taste.
