  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • 0.06 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Jaggery

  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the amla thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.Cut the amla into small pieces and remove the seeds.

  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and jaggery. Mix well and cook until the amla becomes soft.
