  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves. Saute until the mustard seeds splutter.

  • STEP 4.Add chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, and beans. Cook until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
