  • 3/4 tablespoon Mustard Oil
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped

  • 1/4 tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  • STEP 6.Add water and bring the gravy to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Gently add the fried fish to the gravy and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
