  • As required For the outer cover
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 0.13 teaspoon carom seeds/ajwain
  • As required Water to knead dough
  • As required For The Filling
  • 1 large potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds, roast in dry pan and crush it
  • 0.13 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.13 teaspoon dry mango/amchur powder
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • As required Coriander leaves a few, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil for sauteing the mixture
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Salt
