Ingredients for Punjabi rajma Recipe

  • 100 g Rajma
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic ginger paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground nut
  • 1/2 Tbsp Haldi powder
  • 1 Tbsp Mirchi powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dhania powere
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garam masala
  • Handful Oil
  • A Few Kasuri methi for garnish
  • A Pinch Hing
  • A Pinch Jeera

  • STEP 1.First we take a pressure cooker add into rajma n water .aftr 5 to 6 whistle rajma arr bolid .thn take a pan n add onion paste . Aftr golden brown add into tometo puri and ginger garlic paste . All gravys sute for 10 mint . Aftr add all masalas masala are add in gravy than aftr add boild rajma . 10 mint aftr chk rajma is ready to serve . In last garnish wid kasuri methi .
