STEP 1.To make mango lassi. Take 2 to 3 medium sized chilled mangoes and peel them.We have used Alphonso mangoes but you can use any other variety. Make sure that the mangoes are completely ripe.
STEP 2.Chop the mangoes up roughly. Do not discard the seed.
STEP 3.Take a mixer jar and put the mangoes jar into it.
STEP 4.Squeeze the seeds over the mixer jar with your hands to extract all the pulp from them. now you can discard the seeds.
STEP 5.Now, add the curd into the mixer jar.
STEP 6.Add the cold milk. We have added the milk to thin the mango lassi down and obtain the desired consistency.
STEP 7.Add the Honey and condensed milk to sweeten the mango lassi. You can also add the Gulkand.
STEP 8.Blend all the ingredients in the mixer till they become smooth and develop frothinpour the mango lassi into 2 individual glasses.
STEP 9.Garnish them with a few mango cubes. You can also add chopped nuts, malai and gulkand.
STEP 10.Serve the mango lassi immediately.
