  • 1/2 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • 0.13 cup hung curd
  • 0.13 cup thick curd
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • 0.13 tsp Cardamom powder

Directions: Punjabi Lassi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan heat milk and reduce to make cream. set aside
  • STEP 2.In a blender add Hung curd, Thick curd, ice, milk, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, blend smooth
  • STEP 3.Add to serving glasses or Matkas
  • STEP 4.Garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios and saffron strands alongwoth broken peda
