STEP 1.Wash and soak white chana for atleast 4 hours.Put it in pressure cooker, switch on the flame add salt, ajwain and black cardamom in it , add water as required to it, close the lid, wait for a whistle.simmer the flame, cook for 20 minutes or until chanas are soft .
STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan , put cumin seeds, saute for half a minute, add onion grated, cook till golden brown add ginger garlic paste, green chillies chopped, cook for a minute, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chana powder, mix and cook for a minute add some water, cook add grated Tomatoes to it , cook till oil seperates. Add boiled chana, cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
STEP 3.Switch off the flame.Add coriander leaves.
