  • 1 teaspoon sambhar masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida powder
  • 1 teaspoon grated jaggery
  • 1/2 teaspoon each cumin and mustard seed
