  • 1 cup Diced Pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1.50 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the pork with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated pork. Cook until browned and cooked through.
