  • STEP 2.Shape the mixture into small balls and deep-fry until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic.
  • STEP 4.Add the tomato puree, spices, and salt to the pan and cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 5.Add water and bring the gravy to a boil.
