Ingredients for Pumpkin kebab Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Grated pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 Pieces ripe chilli powder
  • 1/2 g pinch Hin
  • 1/2 inch Pinch chilli powder
  • 1/2 inch pinch amchoor powder
  • 1/2 inch pinch black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fried spice powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cornflower
  • 1/2 tablespoon Besan
  • As Required hee as needed
  • to taste Salt and sugar

Directions: Pumpkin Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grate the pumpkin
  • STEP 2.All the ingredients except oil and black pepper should be taken together in one bowl.
  • STEP 3.Now you have to add black pepper powder at the end
  • STEP 4.Then brush the ghee in the pan and stir the pumpkin mixture over low heat. So that the pumpkin juice dies. When it is cold, I will make round kebabs.
  • STEP 5.I will bake the kebab with ghee in the pan again. (Remember kebabs are always baked or cellophane) (Bora, chops, cutlets, pokora are always deep fried) Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and sauce over the kebab and serve.
