Ingredients for Pumpkin Halwa Recipe

  • 250 gram grated Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 cup Ghee
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Mawa
  • 3-3.50 No.s Almonds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Raisins
  • 3-3.50 No.s Pistachios
  • 2 No.s Green cardamoms

Directions: Pumpkin Halwa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. take shredded pumpkin and milk in a pan and cover and cook it for 5 minutes. once your pumpkin gets cooked add sugar to it. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1. once the water evaporates add clarified butter and mawa to it. cook it for 3-4 minutes and then add cardamom powder and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 1. garnish with some dry fruits and your halwa is ready to be served.
