  • 0.07 cup ¾All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 0.07 tsp Baking powder
  • As required ¾ tsp salt
  • 0.07 tsp ½Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • As required ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 0.07 cup Powdered sugar
  • As required ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • As required ½ cup oil
  • 0.07 cup Pumpkin Puree (canned or homemade)
  • 0.14 nos large egg
  • As required ⅓ cup Milk
  • As required ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions: Pumpkin Bread, Best Recipe Of Moist And Flavorful Pumpkin Bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180 C and prepare the bread loaf pan. Grease the pan or line it with parchment paper and keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.Take a big bowl and add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder and pumpkin pie spice. Mix it well and set it aside.
  • STEP 3.Take another big bowl and add powdered sugar, brown sugar, oil, and pumpkin puree. Mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Add eggs (one egg at a time) and whisk them well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and milk and whisk it well.
  • STEP 5.Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients in 2-3 batches and mix it well. Fold it gently and make sure there are no lumps of flour. Do not over mix the batter.
  • STEP 6.Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Tap the pan 2-3 times to remove any air bubbles.
  • STEP 7.Bake it in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes or until the skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean (if the skewer doesn't come out clean, add another 5 minutes of baking time and test it again).
  • STEP 8.Let it cool down in the pan before turning the cake out. Allow it to cool down completely before slicing the pumpkin bread.
  • STEP 9.Cut the thick slices of delicious pumpkin bread and serve it warm.
