Ingredients for Pulpeta Recipe

  • 1.50 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 chorizo sausage
  • 3/4 pepper
  • 3/4 Green pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic Minced
  • As required Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup white or red wine
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs beatened
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 1-8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 pk Sazon
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 bay leaf
  • As required salt and pepper

Directions: Pulpeta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil three eggs.
  • STEP 2.Build sofrito by adding in peppers, onion, garlic.
  • STEP 3.Separate 1/2 of the sofrito & aside.
  • STEP 4.Add the opposite 1/2 of sofrito to a pan and add pasta sauce, bayleaf, add dry seasoning and wine. Set aside.
  • STEP 5.Take away skin from the chorizo sausage and augment beef.
  • STEP 6.Add the sofrito, parsley, seasoning, however use caution with the salt because the chorizo is salty.
  • STEP 7.Next add eggs, parsley, coconut milk, bread crumbs. Mix well.
  • STEP 8.Divide ground meat in 1/2.
