STEP 3.Dry roast sesame seeds and keep it aside. Then add oil, coriander seeds, chana dal, urad dal, Fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper and roast it on low flame for 2 minutes. STEP 5.In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, peanuts, asafoetida, curry leaves and red chilli. Add tamarind paste, jaggery, red chilli powder, puliyodharai masala, turmeric and cook it till it becomes thick. Add cooked rice, salt and coconut and mix it well.
