Recipe By Better Butter

The principle behind the pastry is to create many layers of the dough and butter by folding and turning the two together. These pastries make me feel really proud. At first i was afraid because after so much hard work if it didn't puff everything will be spoilt. These pastries did not let me down, they puffed up and were clearly visible.
