Ingredients for Pudina Shikanji Recipe

  • 2 Pieces lemons (juice)
  • 1/2 cup sugar or less as per your taste
  • 1 cup 1 /2 cup phudina leaves
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp roasted cummin powder
  • 1 tsp Black rock salt
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • 2 cup 2 cup
  • 6 pieces 6-8 pieces

Directions: Pudina Shikanji Recipe

  • STEP 1.In deep bottom vessel, squeeze lemons for juice. Add sugar and blend for few minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add pudina leaves,rock salt, cumin seeds powder and salt to taste. Blend for few minutes.(You can blend in mixer jar.) Add cold water. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add ice cubes in serving glasses. Pour prepared phudina shikangi in it.
  • STEP 4.Serve/ Relish Delicious,Cool Refreshing Phudina Shikangi.
