STEP 1.To prepare pudina chutney take a blender and add 1 cup mint, ½ cup coriander.
STEP 2.Add 2 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger and 2 chilies.
STEP 3.Blend to prepare a smooth paste without adding any water.
STEP 4.Transfer the pudina chutney to a large bowl and add ½ cup of curd.
STEP 5.Add ½ tsp of coriander powder, ½ tsp of garam masala, ¼ tsp of cumin powder and ½ of tsp amchur.
STEP 6.Add 1 tsp of kasuri methi, 1 tsp of lemon juice, ¼ tsp of carom seeds, 2 tbsp of oil and ½ tsp of salt. Combine and coat the batter well in the paneer cubes.
STEP 7.Add 9 cubes paneer, 9 cubes of capsicum and ½ onion, mix gently .
STEP 8.Cover the marination and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate well.
STEP 9.After 2 hours take the marinated paneer and mix slowly.
STEP 10.Now take a skewer and piece of capsicum, paneer and onion alternatively.
STEP 11.Roast on tawa adding oil as required.
STEP 12.Turn the other side and roast until it turns golden brown. You can also bake in an oven or tandoor.
STEP 13.Sprinkle chaat masala and serve pudina paneer tikka recipe with green chutney.
