  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the mint leaves and raw mango.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, add the mint leaves, raw mango, green chilies, ginger, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add the blended chutney mixture.
  • STEP 4.Cook the chutney on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
