Ingredients for Pudim De Laranja Recipe

  • 1 cup guava juice
  • 200 gram caster sugar
  • 4 No.s Egg
  • 398 gram condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon orange zest
  • 100 milliliter Orange juice
  • 100 milliliter Whole Milk
  • 2 No.s shots cachaça
  • 1 No.s small papaya
  • 1 No.s Lime

Directions: Pudim De Laranja Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the guava juice in a pan and reduce to half.

  • STEP 1.Dissolve the sugar in water in a saucepan and heat.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Now combine the sugar syrup and guava juice.

step 4

  • STEP 3.Take moulds and grease them. Now fill the mixture and leave to set.

  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven at 150 degrees.

  • STEP 5.Break eggs in a bowl and whisk with condensed milk, orange zest, orange juice and milk. Divide and fill the moulds to the top.

  • STEP 6.Bake for 25 minutes until golden from top.

  • STEP 7.Remove from the oven and transfer to hot water and leave to cool. Take small limes and stir in cachaça. Add the papaya and rum mixture too.

  • STEP 8.Dip pudding in hot water and serve on a plate with papaya, cachaça salad.
