Ingredients for Protein Shake Recipe

  • 1 Tbsp Sattu powder
  • 1 Tbsp Jaggery
  • 2 Pieces Cashew nuts
  • 2 Pieces Almonds
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Fennel seeds

Directions: Protein Shake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop the cashew nuts and almonds.Then grind the fennel seeds
  • STEP 2.Grind milk, cashews, almonds, cardamom powder, nutmeg, jaggery, sattu powder and crushed fennel in a mixer jar.
  • STEP 3.Take the prepared protein shake in a serving glass, sprinkle cardamom powder on top and serve chilled.
