Ingredients for Protein Bhel Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Moong sprouts
  • 1/2 cup boiled red chana
  • 1 tbsp 2-3 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp 2-3 tbsp finely chopped ivy gourd ( tindi)
  • 1 tbsp 2-3 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black rock salt
  • to taste Chaat masala
  • 1/2 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 5 g To garnish
  • 5 g Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 10 g Pomegranate molasses ( pearls)

Directions: Protein Bhel Recipe

  • STEP 1.In mixing bowl add moong sprouts and boiled red chana.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped cucumber,ivy gourd, red bell pepper.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, black rock salt, chaat masala, squeeze lemon ( juice). Mix well
  • STEP 4.Transfer prepare bhel in 2 serving bowls.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate molasses ( pearls).
  • STEP 6.Serve/ Relish Delicious Protein Bhel .
