Ingredients for Protein Bar Recipe

  • 0.07 cup Almond
  • 0.07 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1/5 cup cup pistachio
  • 0.07 cup Walnut
  • 0.40 tsp Ghee/butter
  • 1/20 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/20 cup Watermelon seeds
  • 1/5 Tsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1/5 tsp flaxs seeds
  • 1/5 tsp shia seeds
  • 1/5 tsp black seems
  • 1/5 tsp white seems
  • 0.40 tsp Oats
  • 1/5 tsp Khas khas
  • 1/5 tsp Elaichi powder

Directions: Protein Bar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast everything properly.
  • STEP 2.Then keep it a side end let it cool properly.
  • STEP 3.Take heavy bottom pan and add 3/4 cup brown sugar or normal suger.
  • STEP 4.Let it caramelized completely.
  • STEP 5.Add 5/6 drop lemon juice and pinch of salt.
  • STEP 6.Mix properly, then add above roasted Dryfruit that we prepared earlier.
  • STEP 7.Immediately switch off the flame and mix properly.
  • STEP 8.Take square mould with parchment paper and spread the mixture.
  • STEP 9.Use some rose petals for garnishing.
  • STEP 10.Keep it for 30 minute and than cut and store in air tight container.
  • STEP 11.Ready to serve
