Ingredients for Protein Bar Recipe

  • 0.08 Cup almond
  • 0.08 Cup cashew nuts
  • 0.08 Cup Walnut
  • 0.06 Cup pumpkin seeds
  • 0.06 Cup watermelon seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp flaxs seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp shia seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp black seems
  • 1/4 Tsp white seems
  • 1/2 Tsp Oats
  • 1/4 Tsp khas khas
  • 1/4 Tsp elaichi powder

Directions: Protein Bar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast everything properly.
  • STEP 2.Then keep it a side end let it cool properly.
  • STEP 3.Take heavy bottom pan and add 3/4 cup brown sugar or normal suger.
  • STEP 4.Let it caramelized completely.
  • STEP 5.Add 5/6 drop lemon juice and pinch of salt.
  • STEP 6.Mix properly, then add above roasted Dryfruit that we prepared earlier.
  • STEP 7.Immediately switch off the flame and mix properly.
  • STEP 8.Take square mould with parchment paper and spread the mixture.
  • STEP 9.Use some rose petals for garnishing.
  • STEP 10.Keep it for 30 minute and than cut and store in air tight container.
